JKC has been our remodeler of first choice for the last 5 years for projects large and small--all of which have been completed on time and on budget and with the highest quality. The work has included design, construction, painting, electrical, detailed carpentry, plumbing and masonry. They remodeled our den to include a desk with floor-to-ceiling bookcases, painted the outside of our house, built a large outdoor covered Ramada, constructed a 20' high beautiful outdoor fireplace out of native stone, and responded promptly to miscellaneous minor repair requests. All of their staff were highly skilled, prompt, personable and maintained a neat work area.
Perhaps the best example of JKC's customer-first culture occurred this past Thanksgiving night, when we arrived home to find both of our furnaces out and an interior temperature of 47 degrees (it was 25 degrees outside) ! I knew JKC did not perform heating/cooling work, but with no other contractors available I called Jeff Knorr, the owner. He personally came to our house with 5 space heaters, thus enabling us to survive the night until we got service restored the next afternoon. What service!
I am a huge fan of JKC and have, and will continue to, enthusiastically recommend them.

This construction company is stellar. I had my Master Bathroom remodeled in 2015 and the detail is exquisite. I have a bathroom that would rival any 5 star luxury hotel because of its artistry. It has beautiful granite, tile, and glass. I needed their help again recently. I had a horrible leaking front window that a construction company from Phoenix couldn't fix. The leak came from the roof, tracking behind siding and into the window. Frankie was able to pinpoint this complex leak, and he fixed this problem and brought me peace of mind.
These are an amazing group of people, Jeff and his team. They take great pride in doing beautiful work, and are so easy to work with. Thank you again!

We hired JKC Construction to remodel our Flagstaff cabin. The project included extensive work due to water damage from poor prior construction as well as damage due to snow and precipitation that eroded and rotted a large decorative trellis over our front door entry and many of the numerous stucco walls around our property.
The work that they did was consistently so outstanding that we increased the size and scope of the project over the approximately four months that they worked on our home. We ended up remodeling and updating a game room, live in guest bedroom, and live in guest bathroom.
JKC does two things consistently well. They do superior work of the highest possible quality and they think outside the box when it comes to challenging issues that occur during any remodel. They are not inexpensive but if you are looking for the absolute highest degree of quality and professionalism in a remodeling or building professional, they are the absolute "go to" builder in Flagstaff. No one else compares. Period. No exceptions.

Jeff Knorr, Kerry-Lyn Love and all staff really went out of their way to help us with all aspects of our new house construction. They made sure that we got what we wanted and that the workmanship was high quality and completed in a timely fashion. Their experience and professionalism gave us a lot of confidence in their ability right from the start. By the time the project was complete we had learned to trust that JKC construction was looking out for our best interest at every step - and that's really what you hire a general contractor for. The process of building a new home is challenging, but Jeff and Kerry-Lyn patiently walked us through each step, and gave us good advice all along the way. We are very happy with the recent completion of two projects which included the remodel of our Master Bathroom and a Patio roof addition both of which were performed by JKC! We have never dealt with such a professional, top-notch construction group as JKC! The attention to detail, flexible schedules and finish work are not to be topped!
We inherited a "snail shower" and one of those jynormous jetted tubs that exited with the 90's! JKC designed several options for us to choose from to make great use of our space which included a floor to ceiling cabinet that matched an existing cabinet and beautiful travertine countertops and floors!
We have a covered porch that extends across the back of our home. The roof ended at a large patio area where we have an outside fireplace. JKC engineered a beam to span our large space, designed the finish to exactly match the current ceiling/roof, and increased the height of the fireplace stack to accommodate the height of the new roof. Aesthetically, it is impossible to know where the old roof ended and the new roof/patio cover begins! Just the look we wanted!

We have enjoyed all your work for a week now and we could not be more pleased and satisfied. Every aspect of the project, whether large or small, was completed perfectly. The paint, tile, carpeting and granite all looks great and really updates and freshens the look of our house. The small details such as freshening up and wiping down the woodwork and cabinets also turned out beautifully, far beyond what we had hoped for in the beginning.
