When undertaking a new home project make sure you are choosing the best home builder for you and your needs. Working with the right team from the beginning can make all the difference. We understand putting ideas to paper is hard and for some people. It can be very overwhelming, taking the joy out of the process. Our design / build team members are experts at bringing your ideas to life.
Our promise is to listen and design a home that not only meets your needs and budget but a home that you will love. A custom home doesn't necessarily mean a high-end residence, in our book "custom" means specific to you. Jeff will work with you, taking everything into consideration, no matter how small, so that he may provide you with a prelim design. Our design coordinator will spend time with you, visiting local showrooms, helping you select everything from top to bottom (literally) and even sourcing that beautiful stone sink you saw online. From there our estimator gathers the sub-contractor bids in order to provide you with a clean, concise proposal including selections information and pricing and that is only the beginning. Once your project starts you will have your own Project Manager who will meet with you, listen to any concerns or make changes. They will email you on a weekly basis and send you photography of the progress, something that is key to an out-of-town home owner to stay connected and informed. So when we say we are here for you every step of the way, from the design stage to handing you the key to your new home and everything in between - we absolutely mean it.
